Investing with Lumifrik

Lumifrik works with institutional investors, development finance institutions, family offices, corporates and governments who want exposure to Africa's financial infrastructure through a partner with working technology and a clear regulatory path.

Information on this page is for qualified institutional and professional investors. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or subscribe for any securities, tokens or financial products.

Partnership opportunities

We structure each partnership around what the investor wants to own and where the regulation sits. Capital that must be held by a licensed entity stays in that entity. The technology stays with the group and serves every market.
